The wedding ceremony will begin with the Baraat, the Groom's procession, in front of the InterContinental Miami.  The procession will wind through Bayfront Park to the Dade County War Memorial.  The Baraat will begin promptly at 2:30 PM ;)

Once the procession reaches the Memorial, the Groom and family will be greeted by the Bride's family.  There, we will perform the MIlni, which is the formal greeting of the two families.  

The ceremony will take place in the Tina Hills Pavilion in Bayfront Park.

Welcome to Miami!

Please join as we set sail on the beautiful waters of Biscayne Bay for the Sangeet in celebration of the forthcoming wedding of Brittany and Rishi.  The Sangeet is a celebration that brings the entire wedding party together the night before the ceremony.  This tradition will feature an evening of music, dancing, laughing, drinking and eating aboard the SeaFair Miami.  

The gangplank opens at 7 and we set sail at 7:30 sharp!

Please join us for a daylong celebration of Thanksgiving while we also perform the Mehndi ceremony.

The Mehndi is the ceremony where the bride receives elaborate henna decorations on her hands and feet.  Tradition says that the darker the henna the stronger the love between the bride and groom! It is customary for female family members and the bridal party to receive henna if they desire.  

The Mehndi will begin at 11:00 AM and continue throughout the day.  If there is enough interest, we will organize a golf scramble to keep the men busy as well.  Please use the form below to indicate your "register."
